Vaccination rates in New York State private schools

These data show the percentage of students at each private school in New York State who have received all of the state-required vaccinations for their age and grade level, making them "Completely Immunized."

If a student's parents believe that vaccination violates their religious beliefs, they can apply to their school for a religious exemption. The "Percent Religious Exemptions" column shows the percentage of the school's students who have received religious exemptions. The numbers are reported every year by each school district as part of a statewide vaccination survey.

The most recently available survey covered the 2013-2014 school year, and the New York World obtained data going back to the 2010-2011 school year. The "CI Change, 2010-2013" column shows the percentage point change between the 2010-2011 school year and the 2013-2014 school year.
